How much does it cost to order on Foodsby?

At a maximum, your Foodsby order only costs $1.99 more than you’d pay at the restaurant. Foodsby’s restaurant partners match the menu prices you find in store, with no hidden fees and no minimum order requirements.

Looking to to save on delivery costs? We also offer Unlimited Delivery for only $9.99 a month (some restrictions apply).

Is there a minimum order requirement?

Never – whether you’re hungry for a simple side salad or a full-fledged feast, Foodsby has no minimum order requirements. Ever.

Can I customize my meal?

Yes – it’s easy to get exactly what you want! Each restaurant menu puts you in control, allowing you to customize your lunch the way you want it made. If you have dietary restrictions or special requests, just note them in the “Special Instructions” when placing your order.

Who delivers my meal?

Your meal is cooked, packaged, and delivered by the restaurant, without any other third-parties involved. Our restaurant partners follow the local and national health department guidelines which ensures the quality of the meal you receive.

How do I know when my meal arrives?

There’s no guesswork…the moment your meal arrives, you’ll receive a notification from Foodsby via email and/or the Foodsby mobile app which is available on Android and iOS.

Can I get multiple meals on my order?

Of course – just click “add another item” located near the checkout button.

Can I order for a group?

You can schedule a group order in advance, let attendees choose their own meals, and get everything delivered right to your office. Simply toggle to "Group Order" within Foodsby to see available restaurants or visit grouporder.foodsby.com.

Can I place an order in advance?

Yes – you can see restaurant options and place pre-orders up to 5 days in advance. Go ahead and plan your week out, so you don’t have to worry about lunch.

Can I suggest different restaurant options?

Absolutely! Email restaurants@foodsby.com with your location information and restaurant suggestions and our team will work to make them available for you.

What if the restaurant is late?

We know time is money, so we strictly monitor delivery times and notify you immediately when your food arrives. If your order is ever more than 15 minutes late, Foodsby will provide a reimbursement (based on severity) for the inconvenience.

What if my order is incorrect?

We apologize if you ever experience an issue with your order. If you do, please contact Support within your Foodsby account or reach out to us directly at support@foodsby.com.

Where is my meal delivered if I ordered to my workplace?

Foodsby orders are delivered to a centralized location in each office. Pickup instructions can be seen during the ordering process and are included on your confirmation email receipt. If you’re having trouble locating your order, please let us know at support@foodsby.com.

Where is my meal delivered if I ordered to my home?

You are prompted to provide delivery instructions for the delivery driver before you complete your order. If you’re having trouble locating your order, please let us know at support@foodsby.com.

How do we join the Foodsby Network?

How can we get a more convenient delivery location for our company?

Absolutely! Foodsby makes it easy for you to cover all or a portion of your employees’ meals. If you are interested in using Foodsby for team events, employee recognition, or subsidizing meal costs, learn more here.

How can I let my employees know about the amenity?

We provide digital and physical resources to help engage and educate your teams to maximize your employee experience. Connect with a Foodsby account manager to learn more about other unique options (ie. Slack integration, co-branded signage, etc.).

What does a normal day on Foodsby look like?

You access your orders on foodsby.com, no tablet required. After your pre-determined cutoff time (which you select), we provide your store and your driver with all of the delivery logistics and instructions to ensure successful deliveries to busy people at work.

Our ultimate goal is to maximize revenue in the least amount of time and to get your driver back to the store as soon as possible.

My store is unique. How can you be sure Foodsby will fit my operations?

Foodsby is customizable for each of our restaurant partners. We allow you to control the process – menu offerings, timing of orders, delivery distances, etc. – ensuring Foodsby is a valuable addition to your day-to-day operations.
